Cross Rigid Setup Box

As a premier full service bindery, we produce custom Rigid Boxes. Customers want innovation in binding and finishing and we deliver award winning products. This week, I’m featuring a Cross Base and Lid Box (also known as a Clamshell Rigid Box).

We produced this clamshell box, which has a base, a lid and an interior box tray (shown above). This project took a lot of planning, designing and prototypes to determine the best materials to use, including the proper stays for the box corners. The customer supplied sheet wrap was a much smaller size than we would normally require, but our team figured out the best way to make it work!  Everyone who sees this product is impressed by the design and quality. It’s functional and beautiful.
