Pads With A Hardback Case Cover

These are three pictures that shows an opened hardback case cover. In this situation we produce pads. The pads were full surface glued inside the front cover and inside back cover. Also, on the spine is a looped pen holder. This would appear to be a normal hardback case on a bookshelf, functional and unusual.
