These pictures are of highly unusual board book. Board books are printed as a full sheet printed one side, the other side being blank. We die-crease the four page sections, fold with print in and blank outside. Then collate and glue the blank sections and glue them together. When you open the book from side to side its solid paper. There’s no split in the spine like a smyth sewn book. We use one of our three high-speed PMC high die shaping machines. We drilled the holes in our “clicker” die-cutting machine and then internally did a spinner which moves at the top. When you spin the top spinner of the eyes – it moves.
