Large Folder
There are thousands of folding machines in North America. About 0.01% of the folders can fold up to 44” x 80.” These machines can fold posters, road maps…whatever is too large. These machines can apply a line of alcohol to reduce cracking, double gate fold and numerous accordion folds.
PMC/High-Die
We have more PMC/High-Die machines than most binderies. The largest being 8 x 10. Two years ago we PMC/High-Die 300 million shaped food labels! We have 100 of dies in stock. We can PMC/High-Die single sheets, shapes, pads, saddle stitch books, board books, perfect bound books and multiple panel folders…the list goes on.
Mini folders
We have a batter of pharmaceutical/mini folding machines. We can fold down to 5/8 of an inch to 12 accordion folds, paper as light as 30lb. It’s not uncommon to have runs of over a million in quantity.
