Rollabind

Rollabind, which is also known as Discbinding, is a mechanical binding process like Wire-O and Plasticoil but with a major advantage. The Rollabind binding method was designed to enable end users to add and remove sheets by hand without damaging them.

Books bound with Rollabind lay flat when open and can be opened 360 degrees! Sheets are aligned perfectly and the gap between opened sheets is remarkably narrow.

Rollabind discs come in sizes from 1/2” up to 1 1/2” and in 22 colours. Books with 1/2” discs can hold 50 sheets of 32lb stock or 70 sheets of standard copy paper. Books with 1 1/2” discs can hold 140 sheets of 32lb stock or 220 sheets of standard copy paper.
