The Ludlow Stamping Advantage: When it comes to personalization, the Ludlow stamping technique offers unparalleled flexibility and precision. We can personalize hardback books with up to 3000 different names, each varying in size, font, and color. Seamless Foil Stamping: In our commitment to providing high-quality and cost-effective personalization options, we’ve seamlessly integrated Ludlow stamping into our processes. Unlike traditional methods that involve debossing or embossing impressions on the book cover, Ludlow stamping employs foil to create a sleek and refined appearance. This not only enhances the visual appeal but also allows us to offer a remarkable 80% cost savings on a per-unit basis for foil stamping on a run of 3000 names.

Chicago Screws

Chicago Screws

Chicago screws come in numerous length quarter inch to several inches. There are more colours than pictured produced by various suppliers. If you want a book with Chicago screws that is a case wrapped cover and maybe you want to coordinate the colours of the Chicago screws of the lining of the cover or some of the pages we can probably help.

Chicago Screws

These two pictures show a book which has a hardcover.  But its much different than a normal hardback case-bound book.  This book has been bound with “Chicago Screws.”  When we produced this book, we produced the dark brown case in one of our two automatic, high-speed case makers that is used in the process for normal hardback case-bound books.  What is different is that we can take the brown wrapped cover and full surface line it with the beige paper.  We drilled holes though loose paper. We then apply a short case which is a dark brown and put the Chicago screws through it.  Then the book with the Chicago screws is full surface glued to the inside back cover.  When its closed it looks almost 100% like a normal hardback case-bound book.  It sits in a library bookshelf the very same.  The difference is that as soon as you lift the cover you can turn the pages like any other book.  If you need to remove pages or add pages, you simply remove the screws.  If you don’t have a screwdriver, simply take a dime, screw the top off and remove the pages.  It’s very functional.
