Hours of Operation
Our office is open 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Our shipping department is open 8:30am – 4:00pm. You can stop by to view our library of past work, but we recommend calling ahead to make an appointment. Contact us at (416) 701-0111 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Jobs are invoiced the day they ship. For first-time clients, full payment (cash, visa or certified cheque) is due upon completion of the work and before time of shipment. For other clients, payment term is NET 30 days unless notified. Accounts overdue by more than 90 days will be turned over to a collection agency. Interest charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per year will be applied to all overdue accounts.
We accept Adobe Illustrator or PDF files at 100% size with a minimum of 800 dpi. Any bitmap TIF images must be embedded. All type must be converted to outlines and have crop marks. A PDF for viewing and laser proofs at 100% must be supplied.
Zeddie-Pak Design Checklist
– Please supply cover and inner sheet as separate documents
– It is essential that we approve the layout of your cover positions. If they are not placed properly, there will be increased set up costs and slower running speeds.
– Please provide a mock up of how your card should be finished showing cover positions and imposition.
– There must be an ink-free area 70% of the panel size on the inner sheet where the covers are affixed. The covers must always be un-inked on their reverse, as they will not adhere to inked surfaces.
